Hudson Speedway Announces Construction of New Food Building to Improve Fan Experience

Hudson, NH - 3/13/2026 — Hudson International Speedway is excited to announce that a new food service building is currently being constructed offsite and will be installed at the speedway as soon as it is completed. This addition is part of an ongoing effort to improve the fan experience and address one of the most common pieces of feedback we have received — long food lines during events.
Over the years, our fans have continued to show incredible support for Hudson Speedway, and with that growth has come increased demand at our concession areas. We recognize that wait times for food have occasionally been longer than anyone would like, and we want everyone to know that we hear you and we are actively working on solutions.
The new building will allow us to expand our food service capabilities, helping move lines faster and improving overall efficiency during race nights and special events. By building the structure offsite, we are able to speed up the process and minimize disruption at the facility once installation begins.
“Our goal is always to make the experience at Hudson Speedway as enjoyable as possible for everyone who walks through the gates,” said speedway management. “We know the food lines have been a challenge at times, and this new building is a big step toward fixing that.”
While an exact installation date has not yet been finalized, the speedway is working to have the new food building operational as soon as possible during the 2026 season.
